10:00-11:00: Seminar by Prof. David Pisinger (Technical University of Denmark): "Topology reconstruction using time series data in telecommunication networks" (joint work with Siv Sørensen)
11:00-11:30: Poster session
11:30-12:30: Seminar by Prof. Kate Smith-Miles (The University of Melbourne): "Optimization in the Darkness of Uncertainty: when you don't know what you don't know, and what you do know isn't much!"
12:30-14:00: Break and sandwich lunch
14:30-...: Public PhD defence of Jorik Jooken (KU Leuven): "Monte Carlo tree search and instance space analysis for the 0-1 knapsack problem" (Supervisor: Prof. Patrick De Causmaecker, Co-supervisors: Prof. Jan Goedgebeur, Dr. Pieter Leyman and Prof. Tony Wauters). There will be a short reception afterwards.
