It is our pleasure to announce our symposium on Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Optimization on 10th and 11th of March 2020 at KULAK, KU Leuven campus Kortrijk.

Tuesday 10th of March, afternoon:

Michael Römer, University of Bielefeld: Modeling Multiactivity Shift Scheduling Problems with State-Expanded Networks

Yingqian Zhang, University of Eindhoven: Deep Reinforcement Learning for solving industrial decision-making problems: two case studies

Ilker Birbil, Erasmus University of Rotterdam: Data Privacy in Bid-Price Control for Network Revenue Management

 

Wednesday, 11th of March, morning

Laetitia Jourdan, University de Lille: Multi-objective optimization for knowledge discovery in big data

Louis Martin Rousseau:, University of Montréal: The role of analytics in improving the efficiency of Cancer Treatment Facilities

 

This will be followed by the PhD Defense of San Pham on Formal, exact and metaheuristic methods for combinatorial optimization

Apart from the talks, there will be poster sessions for PhD students from the various groups. If you are a PhD student, you are hereby cordially invited to join them.
